TarpFlow Inc. · AI research lab

We build agentic systems that can be audited.

TarpFlow is an AI research lab developing agentic systems for businesses and government institutions. Our protocols make an agent's work fully accountable: every step of its reasoning, every tool it calls, every decision it takes, logged as it happens and provable afterwards.

House rule Teal means an agent resolved it. Amber means a person did. Both are logged. That, in one sentence, is the lab.

Organisations are already handing real decisions to agents. Two things are still broken.

In companies and public institutions alike, the work that matters is increasingly drafted, scored and decided by AI: tenders, claims, approvals, customer commitments. That shift is not waiting for anyone's permission. What is missing is the layer that makes it safe to rely on.

An agent that decides alone can't be trusted with the call. Autonomy without a way to route the consequential decisions to named people is a liability wearing a productivity costume.

A decision that can't be explained can't survive an audit. When a regulator, an auditor general, a counterparty or your own board asks why, "the model said so" is not an answer.

Our research: protocols for accountable autonomy.

Everything we ship is built on two protocols developed in the lab. One makes agents provable. One makes them useful at scale. Neither works honestly without the other.

Protocol 01 · the audit trail

Traceability, by construction

Our audit protocol records the model's step-by-step reasoning and every tool call it makes, for every operation, alongside the decision itself: attributed, timestamped, signed. Any decision can be replayed exactly as it unfolded and exported for whoever needs to check it.

Protocol 02 · the decision graph

Autonomy, with human gates

Our negotiation and decision graph runs the structured work agents are good at, across thousands of items in parallel, and treats human judgement as a typed, first-class node. You declare which decisions belong to people; the system pauses there and waits.

  • Your criteria and weights, applied with the working shown.
  • Gates where you say: nothing consequential happens without a named, timestamped human call.
  • Every run emits a trail through the audit protocol, by construction.

Built for the organisations that answer to someone.

Two kinds of client, one standard: agents do the structured work, people hold the gated calls, and everything is provable afterwards.

Businesses

Systems that carry real workflows.

Revenue, operations and supply chains, run by agents with approvals exactly where money and reputation move.

  • Lead qualification and customer retention, with the reasoning written down
  • Vendor management and supply-chain decisions, from onboarding to award
  • Approval gates on discounts, awards and commitments
Government institutions

Decisions that survive scrutiny.

Public bodies answer to auditors, records law and the public. Our systems produce the record as they work, not after.

  • Procurement and vendor evaluation with a defensible, exportable trail
  • Every decision attributable: which model, which criteria, which official
  • Replayable records, ready for oversight and review

We also work hands-on. The lab embeds with teams to deploy these systems inside real pipelines, and we help smaller organisations put AI to work safely: same protocols, main-street scale. Talk to us about your decision process.

Agentic systems will soon run inside every institution. We are building the ones that can be held to account.

Founding thesis · TarpFlow Inc.

A research lab, built around three commitments.

TarpFlow Inc. develops protocols for auditable, traceable agentic systems, and embeds with teams to put them to work. We ship products to learn; we consult to earn the right to automate more.

Autonomy that compounds

Our systems start supervised and earn autonomy with use. Each deployment gets sharper on your criteria, until entire pipelines can run end to end.

Humans hold the final call

Our systems know which decision nodes belong to people. They rank; you confirm. Nothing consequential happens without a named, timestamped human decision.

Nothing off the record

If an agent works on your behalf, you deserve the complete trail: every reasoning step, every tool call, every intervention, exportable on demand.

The next decision we put on the record might be yours.

Tell us about a decision process you would trust an agent with, if you could prove every move. If our systems can carry it, we will show you, on your own pipeline.
